Vacancy available: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Baraga County, Michigan. The job is at a logistics warehouse. Requirements: • Valid digital tachograph card • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Your main tasks: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery 2+ years on the tools preferred.
