Great opportunity: pot washer (Indiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Huntington County, Indiana. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
