Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in East Carroll Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a commercial fleet workshop. The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
