MIG welder wanted in Macon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Macon County, Alabama. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Day-to-day duties: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
