Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Antelope County, Nebraska. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. On a typical shift you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; write and edit G-code programs at the control; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
