Bread and bun maker wanted in Grand Isle County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Grand Isle County, Vermont. You will work in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Six days a week, one day off.
