Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Livingston County, Illinois. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Full-time, day shift.
