Bread baker — City of Franklin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in City of Franklin, Virginia. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
