Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Full-time, day shift.
