Ideal candidate: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Day-to-day duties: • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules • Check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset Rotating shifts.
