Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Jones County, North Carolina. Day to day you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift.
