Metal caster wanted in Harding County

Now hiring: we are hiring a metal caster in Harding County, New Mexico. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day to day you will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Basic grinding and fettling skills At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
