Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Arkansas County, Arkansas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
