Ideal candidate: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Full-time with occasional weekends.
