We are recruiting: we are hiring a production line operator in Jackson County, Kansas. Day to day you will segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
