Shop floor worker — City and Borough of Wrangell

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shop floor worker in City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska. You will be based at a packaging facility. On a typical shift you will feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor; change over tooling and settings between product runs; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; assemble components according to the work order; operate and feed production machines on the line. Requirements: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
