PVC window assembler — City of Staunton

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in City of Staunton, Virginia. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Day to day you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter. You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
