Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Hartley County, Texas. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day to day you will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; run load and overload tests with test weights; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
