Grill cook • Gezawa, Kano State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Gezawa, Kano State. Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred.
