Join our team: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
