Argon welder wanted in Saint Lucie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Saint Lucie County, Florida. You will work at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Day to day you will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
