Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Plumas County, California. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection On the job you will handle: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
