The role involves: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
