Immediate opening: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Union County, Indiana. The job is on a quarry floor. Ideal candidate: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Day-to-day duties: • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle Full-time with occasional weekends.
