Vacancy available: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Fremont County, Iowa. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Day to day you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
