Great opportunity: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Grayson County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls On a typical shift you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding.
