Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Greenwood County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
