You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
