Immediate opening: concrete finisher (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete finisher in City of Bristol, England. You will work on a building construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet 3+ years on the tools preferred.
