Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Freeborn County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts You will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles.
