Urgent requirement: bread baker (North Carolina)

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread baker in Washington County, North Carolina. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred.
