Immediate opening: aluminium technician (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Kankakee County, Illinois. You will work in a glazing and curtain wall company. You will fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw. What we are looking for: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Good finishing sense — no scratches, clean silicone lines • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing Part-time with flexible hours.
