Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in Campbell County, Virginia. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. The role involves clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons. What we are looking for: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work Part-time with flexible hours.
