Urgent requirement: cook (New Hampshire)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Carroll County, New Hampshire. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Six days a week, one day off.
