Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality checker in Marion County, Tennessee. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
