Day to day you will hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
