Concrete pump mate wanted in Salt Lake County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Salt Lake County, Utah. The job is at a ready-mix concrete plant. On a typical shift you will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
