Requirements: • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day-to-day duties: • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit 2+ years on the tools preferred.
