Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
