Vacancy available: we are hiring a tile roofer in Hitchcock County, Nebraska. The job is at a busy roofing firm. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to work outdoors in all weather On the job you will handle: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
