Shuttering carpenter — Yuma County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Yuma County, Colorado. Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
