Immediate opening: pipe tig welder (Bayelsa State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Sagbama, Bayelsa State. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
