You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Your main tasks: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage Performance bonus on top of base pay.
