Now hiring: we are hiring a banksman in Franklin County, Missouri. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit. You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
