Kitchen steward wanted in Cass County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cass County, Texas. The job is in a catering unit. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
