Now hiring: we are hiring a trailer driver in Candler County, Georgia. You will be based at a haulage company. On a typical shift you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; report defects and book the unit in for servicing. Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Valid digital tachograph card • Current Driver CPC qualification card On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
