Tandoor cook — Miami County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Miami County, Kansas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 3+ years on the tools preferred.
