Food packing operative wanted in Windsor County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food packing operative in Windsor County, Vermont. You will work in a food packaging factory. On a typical shift you will count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; record production counts on the shift sheet; check best-before and expiry dates on every box; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
