Tandoor cook wanted in Miami County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Miami County, Indiana. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
