Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Oxfordshire, England. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day-to-day duties: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around £2,350 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
